It’s new and exciting! Leon Valley Trade
and Market Days - a shopping experience for locals and visitors alike!
Visit 100 vendors, selling unique, handmade crafts, collectibles,
primitives, furniture, jewelry and other gift items. Leon Valley Trade
and Market Days will be held the 2nd Saturday of the month,
at the Leon Valley Community/Conference Center grounds, 6427 Evers Road,
from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Valley Parade |

Leon Valley is once again holding its
4th of July parade and Celebration. This year's parade will take place
on Saturday July 1st. The parade will start at 9:00am, at Poss &
Bandera Rd. and end at the Leon Valley Community Center.

The Leon Valley Public
Library is a public library funded by the residents of Leon Valley,
through their property taxes. The Library is an accredited member of the
Texas State Library System and the Alamo Area Library System. Residents
and local business owners are invited to obtain library cards at the
Library. Youth who can write their names are encouraged to apply for
their first library card at an early age. Non residents may apply for
membership through payment of a non resident fee, visit the Library for
details.

Valley Fire and EMS |

The
primary mission of the Fire department is to prevent and/or minimize the
loss of life and property within the corporate limits of the City by
establishing control over fires, sudden medical emergencies and the
consequences of natural and manmade disasters. The Fire Department
accomplishes this mission with five divisions: Administration, Reserve
Fire Fighters, Operations, Fire Prevention/Emergency Management, and
Emergency Medical Services.

The Police
Department's role is to enforce the law in a fair and consistent manner,
recognizing both the statutory and judicial limitation of its authority
and the constitutional rights of all persons. The mission of the Police
Department is the prevention of crime, preservation of the public peace,
protection of lives and property, the detection and arrest of violators
and the enforcement of all laws and ordinances.
